Homepage wording
The R400 block on the homepage says the amount is available with no deposit. The R8,888 figure is the welcome bonus in the page title and opening offer. A cashback block also mentions a 100% cashback on deposits of R200 or R500, but the sentence was cut off in the static page and the promotions body loaded as "Loading Promotions". See the operator's site for current terms before you rely on either number.
Licence line we could read
The promotions page footer says Silversands is owned and operated by Paxson Marketing Ltd, registration 27033BC2023, and that payments are processed by that company. It also says the site is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under licence ALSI-102404011-FI3.
The earlier article on this domain named the Kahnawake Gaming Commission instead, and described an RTG lobby, keno, scratch cards and a VIP programme, with the R8,888 spread over three deposits. The rand figure still appears. The regulator sentence does not match the footer we read. Trust the footer on the day you join.
